Tropics are dead today. No formed storms or nothing BUT there is possibility for a disturbance to form in the next few days near the Cape Verde Isles in the Atlantic.

As you can see in the Atlantic there is a 0% chance of development in the Atlantic.
The same goes for the Pacific.
